Yes, we require identity verification along with thorough screening during the reservation process. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid drivers license, military ID and passports.

Who are L&A guest, and how long are the typical stays? 

Our guest includes those traveling for business or vacation leisure. Our stays have a one night minimum with a maximum stay of two weeks. 

Does L&A have a cleaning team?

Yes, our dedicated cleaning professionals conduct thorough inspections in conjunction with cleaning each unit after every stay. Additionally, for guest staying longer durations we offer weekly cleaning services upon request.
